Shipping policy

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method you choose. Standard shipping typically takes 2-8 business days, while express shipping is 1-4 business days.
Standard shipping cost is 4.99 AUD, while express shipping cost is 6.99 AUD. We offer tracking information for all orders, and you can track your package via email sent after order placement. For international orders, customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date, and we will assist you in filing a claim.
